Kelly has a particular affinity with animals and nothing is too much trouble when it comes to a dog, cat or other furry friend. Kelly understands fully how important they are in your life. As an example with my own cats (Wilson and Holly) Kelly always makes sure they are greeted with a rub and a stroke whenever she visits and has a special word for Holly who less mobile after a road traffic accident.

I have known Kelly for some 20 years and if asked to describe her in a few words would use "kind", "caring" and "thoughtful". These attributes are never more apparent than when she is around animals. She would tell you that she prefers animals to people and I can assure you that this is true!

Kelly's love of all creatures is obvious and genuine. I have never seen so many bird feeders hanging in a garden nor had to visit anyone else's home when they are away in order to feed the wildlife that are daily visitors.

My own dog Charlie is a regular visitor to her home and is greeted with more love and exuberance than my own family show me! I have no hesitation in leaving him with her as I know that he will be looked after as if he were her own. Prising him away from her when it is time to pick him up is another matter altogether!.

Kelly is honest and reliable and has a key to my home in order to let herself in whenever I need some additional help with Charlie. I never worry that she will forget or lose the key as she is naturally well organised and very security conscious.

Having known Kelly Richards since the early 1970's, I can, with hand on heart verify that she is honest, trustworthy and totally reliable and has, over the years been invaluable in helping with my dogs, by going into my home (at my request), when I am not present and taking them out for their walk.  Over the years all my dogs have adored Kelly, including my newest addition Toni.
